Craig Horner, CPA joins KELLY as their new Chief Financial Officer
Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc., Kelly & Associates Financial Services, Inc., and Kelly Integral Solutions, LLC (KELLY) are pleased to announce the hiring of Craig Horner, CPA as their new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Horner’s prior experience includes more than 13 years as Chief Financial Officer of Maryland based insurance broker, RCM&D, and seven years at what is currently known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Horner will oversee all finance, accounting, and compliance aspects of the KELLY businesses. “We are thrilled to have Craig join the KELLY team,” says KELLY Chief Executive Officer Frank Kelly III. “Craig brings broad experience and a bright mind to help KELLY capitalize on the many exciting growth opportunities before us. He is an excellent addition to our team.” Mr. Horner replaces former KELLY CFO, David Mosier, who has decided to pursue other opportunities. KELLY Senior Vice President, Laurie McGonigle, continues in her role as the operational leader of KELLY’s TPA division Kelly Administrative Services (KAS). “Laurie McGonigle has been responsible for the day to day operations of KAS since 2004 and has been on the KELLY team since 1997. Under Laurie’s leadership, KELLY has experienced significant growth and been recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal as the largest Employee Benefits Administrators in Maryland for seven straight years,” says Frank Kelly III. John Kelly continues to oversee KELLY’s innovative technology development and management. “We see exciting growth, continued innovation and operational excellence with the addition of Craig Horner to the KELLY leadership team,” says Kelly.
